This sweet is order-made by Kyoto Tsuruya, which is famous for its delicate taste and unique design. One of the sweets is called the Fukuyama-No-Yuki, which has various Japanese factors thought into it by a professional tea professor.
Omogashi is an exquisite sweet that is offered before the tea is served so that the tea won't feel as bitter as it should and to create a harmonious environment so that customers would enjoy. Craftsmen would think through the process and change little aspects depending on the weather and season.
